The combination code
to the garden front gate, and another one to the tool shed, will be provided when you sign up. Please lock them when you leave.

Please keep the front gate open while you are here. We often get visitors. Please welcome them and make them feel at home to wander around the garden and ask questions.

There is a first aid kit hanging inside the shed on the right wall.

All plots are numbered based on the row number and a left-to-right letter of A,B,C,D based on the specific plot in that row. Row numbers are on the plot frames facing the central pathway. Examples: plot 5a, plot 13c.

You will receive a specific plot(s) on a first-come basis (which you may keep for consecutive years). Please do not touch anyone else's plot without their permission. You can connect with others for shared watering, or other activities, or when you are out of town, etc.

We are an organic garden. Please direct all questions regarding pesticides and fertilizers to the garden director.

Water is available via hoses, and watering cans in the back. Please turn off hoses when done, and release the pressure.

Automatic drip irrigation is installed in each plot and will be turned on by the garden director as needed during the period from May through September. You are still responsible to see that your plot(s) gets the right amount of water that you need.

All tools are supplied including shovels, wheelbarrow, pump sprayers, rakes, trowels, gloves, etc.

Compost is available in limited amounts. Please ask the garden director.

Please be aware we have a beehive in the back right corner.

The picnic area in the back can be used by gardeners and any friends coming with the gardener, or by guests, at any time. We ask you not to bring pets into the garden.

Thank you for supporting the garden! I look forward to seeing you there.
